Dear community, Since i've updated my AdWords editor to 12.2.3 and my macbook to High Sierra, I can't download changes from accounts anymore. When I try to add accounts editor crashes and needs to reboot. I can normally open the editor but my accounts won't download. Tried to login with the build in browser and the browser code. But both result in a crash. I've tried uninstalling en re-installing the editor, but the problem keeps coming up.

Does someone please have a solution for this, cause working in the interface just isn't doing it. Also using the form doesn't help. I've tried uninstalling en re-installing the editor, but the problem keeps coming up. Additionally, I've tried all the other fixes I've found in various community posts: checked my drive files, added folders and removed folders. Tested HTTP proxy, etc etc.

I ultimately ended up finding a link to version 12.1.2 about half an hour ago. This one works fine and I can open/download my accounts, so that is nice. Every time I open the app though, I get the request to restart and update or remind me later. I'm hesitant to try updating because I need to be able to open my accounts. Here's my suggestion for making progress on the problem then.

Since version 12.1.2 is working for you, we know that you can always go back to that if you get stuck. Next time you're not in the middle of making any changes to your accounts, upgrade to 12.3.3. Try my suggestion for removing and then re-adding the account. If that doesn't work, then move the directory /Users/$USER/ Library/Application Support/Google/Google-AdWords-Editor/308/ to somewhere safe for later use (note the space inside 'Application Support').
